2. Our Guarantee
> We’re so confident in our ability to deliver results that we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our services.
> If your newly delivered website, landing page, or funnel does not produce a positive return on investment (ROI) within 6 months of launch, we’ll continue working on it at no additional cost until results are achieved.
> If after continued optimization we still cannot deliver measurable improvements, we will refund your investment—no questions asked.
> This guarantee applies as long as you implement our strategic recommendations in good faith and there are no major changes to your business model or market conditions during the guarantee period.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
> To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of the project’s initial completion or after the ROI guarantee period (6 months post-launch if results aren’t met).
> Major deliverables (website launch, audit report, funnel setup) must not have been substantially altered by third parties, and you must allow us the opportunity for continued optimisation.
> Services considered non-refundable include:
a) Projects where agreed recommendations were not implemented.
b) Completed and accepted work, unless our ROI or satisfaction guarantee is not fulfilled
c) Services already rendered or delivered outside the guarantee parameters
d) Missed consultations or meetings without prior notice
3. How to Request a Refund

>You may be asked to provide feedback, documentation, or supporting information regarding the lack of results or dissatisfaction.
4. Processing Refunds
