1. No Refund Policy:
Once a course is purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products and training materials, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after purchase.

2. Course Access & Support:
Upon successful payment, you will receive full access to the course materials as per the course structure.
We provide necessary support to help you succeed in your learning journey.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same course, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Failure to receive access: If you do not receive access to the course due to technical issues from our side and our team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days, a refund may be issued.

4. Refund Request Process
All refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted in writing to nrrllpservices@gmail.com.
Requests should include proof of payment, transaction details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Course Transfer & Adjustments
If you are unable to continue the course due to unavoidable reasons, we may allow a one-time transfer to another batch, subject to availability and approval.
Course purchases cannot be transferred to another person. By purchasing our course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
